Account deletion

TheLobby lets residents permanently delete their account from inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, this page explains the fallback deletion path you can use instead.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open TheLobby.
  2. Go to You → Preferences → Privacy.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm the permanent deletion action.
This permanently removes your profile, memberships, posts, messages, marketplace listings, maintenance requests, issue reports, and uploaded media from TheLobby’s active systems.

If you cannot access the app

Email hello@lobbyapp.co with the subject line TheLobby Account Deletion Request and include the phone number or email currently tied to your account.

We may ask you to verify control of that phone number or email before the deletion request is completed.

What may remain

We may retain minimal de-identified analytics, audit trails, and records required to comply with legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial obligations.
